The 30-day map
One lesson a day. Each one ends with a task under 20 minutes, a free upgrade and a low-cost upgrade. Tap any day to read it — but the plan works best in order.

Looking sharp is not about money, genes or height. It comes down to fit, grooming, colour and how you carry yourself — a few basics most men are never taught. One short lesson and one task under 20 minutes, every day, for 30 days.
Written by Dressing School — the Instagram page that has been teaching Indian men how to dress since 2019. Six years of the same questions in the DMs (what fits me, what suits my face, what do I buy first) turned into this 30-day plan. Instagram: @dressingschool.
Everything here comes from lived experience and widely accepted grooming practice, not from a medical qualification.
Not medical advice. Skin, hair, beard and health notes are general grooming guidance. For acne that scars, a rash, sudden hair loss, heavy sweating or any reaction that will not settle, see a doctor or a skin specialist. Minoxidil and similar products are medicines — talk to a doctor before starting.
Prices and brands. Every rupee figure was checked in August 2026 and is a rough guide for a metro city. Brands are named only as examples of where value usually sits. No brand has paid to appear here and no link in this book earns a commission.
Your data stays on your phone. Ticks, notes and photos are saved in this browser on this device only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Clearing your browser data will erase them, so use Download my journal from the menu to keep a copy.

The questions men actually ask halfway through. Short answers, no lecture.
No. Restarting is how a 30-day plan turns into a 0-day plan. The streak is broken, the habit is not. Open the last day you finished, do today's lesson, and carry on from there. You are on day 30 of your own timeline, not a calendar's.
If you have missed more than a week, do a two-minute catch-up instead of reading everything you skipped: open each missed day, read only the Do this today box, and do the ones that take under five minutes. Skip the rest with a clear conscience.
Seven days, in this order. It gets you about 70% of the result:
Then come back and do the full 30 properly. The express version installs the basics; the full plan is what makes them stick.
Everything — ticks, notes, scores and photos — is stored by your browser on this device only. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account and no server. Nobody else can see it, including whoever gave you this book.
The trade-off: clearing your browser data, using private mode, or switching phones will erase it. So once a week, use Download my journal in the ⋯ menu and keep the text file somewhere safe.
Some browsers block storage when a file is opened straight from Downloads, and private or incognito windows always do. Two fixes: open this book from a web address instead of a downloaded file, or keep your answers in a notes app and use the book for the lessons.
Either way, Download my journal still works — it builds the file from what is on screen right now.
No. Every day has a ₹0 upgrade, and roughly half the days need no spending at all. The low-cost upgrades are optional and spread over weeks. The one spend worth prioritising if money is tight: a ₹150 trip to the alteration tailor with clothes you already own. Nothing else in this book returns as much per rupee.
Read it, take the one line that does apply, and mark it complete. No beard? Day 8 still has nails, teeth and shaving. No office? Day 24 still has dates and functions. The plan is a route, not a rule book — and Day 29 is where you write your own rules anyway.
Day 28's maintenance calendar keeps everything running on about 15 minutes a day. After that, pick your lowest SHARP letter and give it one focused month. One letter a month, always upward.
Thirty days of answers, in one place: your scores, your photos, and every line you typed. This is your record — print it, download it, and keep it with your photos.
The plan was the installation. This is the part that runs for years. Four things, in order of how much they matter.
Keep your work. Download your journal now and save it with your Day 0 and Day 30 photos. In six months, that file is the honest record of what changed — and the fastest way to restart if life knocks the system over.
You finished something most men do not start. If it worked, come and say so — Dressing School is on Instagram, and it has been answering exactly these questions since 2019.

This book keeps your answers so it can show them back to you on Day 30. Your call, and you can change it whenever you like.
