Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made from Dressingschool's digital products and WhatsApp Bot platform.

1. Nature of Our Products

We offer two types of paid products:

  • Digital content: ebooks, guides, and downloadable / in-app unlockable material. Once access is granted or a code is issued, the product is considered delivered.
  • WhatsApp Bot subscription plans: time-bound access (7 days for Trial, 30 days for Starter / Growth / Pro) to create and run AI-powered WhatsApp chatbots. Access begins as soon as your payment completes.

2. General Refund Policy

Because both product categories are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after a successful purchase and delivery.

However, in genuine cases such as technical failure on our side, duplicate payment, or failure to receive access after payment, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

You may contact us to review a refund request if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the digital product or bot platform.
  • A duplicate transaction was made for the same product.
  • A technical error on our infrastructure prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of your paid period.

All such requests must be supported with proof of payment (transaction ID, date, and payment method).

4. WhatsApp Bot Platform — Specific Refund Scenarios

Trial plan (₹49 / 7 days)

The Trial plan is a low-cost way to evaluate the full product. Trial payments are non-refundable once access is granted, regardless of how much of the 7-day period you used.

Monthly plans (Starter / Growth / Pro)

Monthly plans are sold per 30-day period. Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be considered in these situations:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, with < 10% of plan features used— a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion. “Usage” includes contacts consumed, bot creation, and any messages sent.
  • Significant service outage attributable to us(> 24 hours of platform unavailability during your paid period) — we may issue a prorated refund or an equivalent-value credit, at our discretion.

Add-ons

Monthly add-ons (Lead Alerts, Daily Report, Web Search) and Extra Contact packs are non-refundable once activated, because they are consumed immediately.

WhatsApp number ban by Meta

If your WhatsApp number is restricted or banned by Meta while using our bot service, this is outside our control (our service uses unofficial WhatsApp automation — see our Terms §5 for full disclosure). A number ban does not automatically entitle you to a refund. However, if the ban occurs within the first 7 days of a new paid plan and you have sent very few messages, please contact us — we review these cases individually and may offer a prorated refund or credit as a goodwill gesture.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process a refund in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after successful purchase.
  • Access or content already used, downloaded, or shared.
  • Incorrect purchase made without contacting us first.
  • WhatsApp number ban from your own misuse (spam, bulk messaging, impersonation, policy violations).
  • Failure to manually renew a monthly plan before it expires.

6. Cancellations

Our plans do notauto-renew — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you don't want to continue, simply do not purchase again. Your access ends automatically when your current period expires.

For digital content (ebooks), order cancellations are generally not possible once payment is completed and access has been granted, because access is instant.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe you are eligible for a refund review, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Registered email ID
  • Payment transaction ID
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Product / plan purchased
  • Issue faced (with screenshots, if possible)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines.
