Choose a shape
The beard styles.
Each one with the growth it needs, the trimmer setting, and whether it works if your cheeks grow patchy.
Designer Stubble
Designer stubble is three to five days of growth kept at one to three millimetres, with the neck cleaned up and the cheek line left roughly where it grows.
Short Boxed Beard
The short boxed beard is roughly a centimetre of even growth with every edge deliberately cut straight — the cheek line, the neckline and the sides squared into a frame around the jaw.
Corporate Beard
The corporate beard is medium-short, uniform, and softly tapered rather than sharply edged — slightly longer at the chin, moustache joined, no hard lines anywhere.
Full Beard
The full beard is substantial length with real density, widening below the jaw into a rounded mass, with the moustache fully merged and the cheek line left natural.
Ducktail Beard
The ducktail is a long beard kept short at the sides and drawn down to a distinct point at the chin, tapering like a duck's tail.
Balbo Beard
The Balbo is a chin beard with a shaped strip running along the jaw, worn with a moustache that stays separate — no join at the corners of the mouth, and no connection up to the sideburns.
Van Dyke Beard
The Van Dyke is a pointed chin goatee worn with a fully detached moustache and completely bare cheeks and jaw.
Circle Beard
The circle beard joins a moustache and a rounded chin beard into one closed ring around the mouth, with the cheeks shaved clean.
Extended Goatee
The extended goatee takes a circle beard and stretches it sideways into short wings that run along the jawline, with the cheeks still shaved clean.
Sculpted Long Beard
The sculpted long beard is the full, flowing version with the styling kept in: a defined cheek line, an upswept moustache and a shaped outline.
